You already know AI is here to stay—so we’re embracing it here at SYG (in a controlled, ethically responsible kind of way). That means learning from the best of the best. So here are Vince Freeman’s best AI tips for us all to use to be more efficient, creative, and HUMAN.

🎙 AI Revolution & Execution Tips
AI, our little robot friends, are tools reshaping the way marketers and creators work. Vince Freeman, a CMO and marketing visionary, highlighted this perfectly in our recent Genius Call. He explains how to think about AI to empower us marketers to work smarter, not harder.
1️⃣ Supercharge Your Workflow
From brainstorming podcast themes to generating episode visuals, AI tools like Ideogram, Replit, and ChatGPT make ideation and execution faster and more effective. Experimentation is your secret weapon—don’t be scared of trying a few tools and discovering what will work best for you and your workflow. (Want to learn about more tools? 2️⃣ Use the “Human Sandwich” Approach (yum?)
AI is best positioned between two layers of human creativity. Start with your vision, let AI enhance it, and finalize it with your unique polish. Treat AI as an enthusiastic assistant—it’s powerful but thrives under human oversight.
3️⃣The "Stoned Intern" Perspective
We said what we said—treat your GPT like a stoned intern. It’s great at brainstorming and production but requires your direction, many reminders, and your genius to produce standout results. Don’t set it loose without clear guidance. We’re talking about real details, getting granular, and providing serious guidelines on how it assists you.
📈 Amplify Creativity Without Losing the Human Touch
So I think we can all agree—AI is a powerful ally, but not a replacement, for human creativity. To use AI effectively in your podcast and marketing strategies, there are a few guiding principles that will make sure you’ve got the right mindset to maximize your robots:
📖 Stay Curious and Ethical
AI tools evolve quickly—continuing to learn and adapt ensures you stay ahead. At the same time, prioritize transparency and thoughtful implementation to build trust with your audience.
💡Think Like a Strategist, Not an Executor
As AI handles repetitive tasks, your role shifts to developing high-level strategies and shaping meaningful narratives. Let AI manage the “how” while you master the “why” and “what.”
🎨 Lead with Creativity and Emotion
That means don’t just lead with whatever AI tells you. While AI can generate content, it lacks the emotional depth and cultural understanding that human creators bring. Use it to streamline tasks, but rely on your creativity to craft stories that resonate with your audience on a deeper level.
AI works best when it enhances the unique human touch you bring to your work. Use it to multiply your impact, not replace your expertise, and watch your content strategy thrive.
